Supervision
I am a fully accredited BABCP registered CBT Supervisor.
Supervision for CBT Trainees and Qualified Therapists
I work closely with Universities for those in training and I have a number of contracts offering supervision to trainees. I can also offer supervision to fully qualified CBT Therapists and CYWP’s.
I use various methods to help you to achieve your supervision goals and my aim is to provide a compassionate, safe space to be curious about cases and your development as a therapist to help you to grow in confidence.
As a BABCP CBT supervisor I can support you to gain and maintain your accreditation.
I can also offer a space to explore working in private practice.
Here are some of the comments from a few of my supervisees. If you want to find out more about working with me, please send me a message. I offer a free 15 min consultation.
All Sessions are via video call.

"Lisa’s warm approach to supervision creates a safe and comfortable environment. I felt able to explore areas for development early on and therefore my confidence as a therapist has increased significantly. I enjoy the structure of our sessions as I often have a variety of agenda items to discuss, at the same time the discussion always feels conversational and collaborative. I also valued the fact Lisa asked about my preferred learning style and now tailers her delivery to meet this."

"Lisa has provided my clinical supervision and group skills for the past two years. I have found Lisa’s support invaluable and it has allowed me the space to learn new skills, manage my caseload effectively and discuss more complex issues, leaving me with direction & focus. Lisa has excellent knowledge of the NHS systems, frameworks and risk management requirements. Clinical supervision has been amazing for my personal development and no doubt been a significant contribution towards securing further career progression opportunities. I would whole heartedly recommend Lisa as a clinical supervisor."

"Since taking up my role in March this year, Lisa has made me feel very welcome both as an individual and as a member of our clinical skills group. She is always eager to support me and aims to build on my knowledge, understanding and skills in everything we do. She is very good at helping me see the big picture and ensures we have the child’s voice at the centre of our decisions. I always feel valued and empowered after our supervisions. Not having a senior practitioner within our team on the ground means it can be easy to lose sight of our role in supporting children, young people and their families as CYWPs, however, Lisa provides opportunities for us to challenge our thinking and broaden our views, to ensure we are offering interventions best suited to meet the needs of the CYPs and their families"
